Cellular Phones Do Not Cause Cancer

Decent Essays
From what i read, and from my research i believe that cellular phones do not cause in any form any sort of cancer. Such as brain cancer, breast cancer, eye cancer, and any sort it doesn’t show that it causes cancer.
People that have said phones cause cancer is from early 2000s and is not recent in any form.

My evidence is that if you were to use your phone for 25 years and up you have 0% chance of getting any type of cancer it doesn’t increase any type of cancer. From what i have read and researched and seen from articles and notes, Kids all types of kids have phones, ipads, and etc.

Phones is a daily use in our society and other countries of the world.
I think cancer is not caused by cell phones but poorly food habits , pollution ,bacteria

In the article, Your Phone Could Ruin Your Life, by Kristen Lewis it says, “digital distraction can be harmful, both mentally and physically”(Lewis 9). I think this means that young people are spending too much time on electronics both day and night. I can support this because it says that “80% of teenagers sleep with their phones nearby”(Lewis 7),and also, “your phone screen gives off a kind of light that tells your brain to stay awake”(Lewis 9). Another thing that supports this is that when you sleep with your phone under your pillow the radiation can cause cancer.…

Reading the article “The Eternal Umbilicus” by Hara Estroff Marano, I have to say that I agree with most of the topics that were stated in the article such as, cellphones making us more dependent on our parents and preventing us from solving our own problems. One of the topics that I found irrelevant and exaggerated is, that cellphones are one of the main cause of failing relationships, an idea such as this one sounds too far fetched to me.…

The article starts by introducing the reader to the increased number of adolescent cell phone users, which in turn means that the level of radio frequency has also increased. This is of some concern due to the fact that “radiation exposures are higher for children than adults because children have thinner skulls” (Rosenberg 67). The article then goes on to introduce current and past research studies that are working to find a correlation between cell phone usage and brain cancer. In one of these studies, mice will be subjected to the radiation produced by cell phones several times a day to see how the frequencies affect their brains. The author then presents recommendations, from societies such as the American Cancer Society, on how to minimize radiation exposure.…
