Essay for phones
Have you ever considered cellphones in the classroom? If you considered them, it would do a lot to improve work habits in the classroom, but not just work many other things to. One reason why I think considering cell phones in the classroom would improve lots of things is because they can be used for educational reasons like apps, researching, reminders, or studying for a test. For example, they could be used for virtual reality. Virtual reality can help them see the places they are learning about. If phones would be allowed in class it would not cost much money to pay for computers for everybody. A computer can cost up to 100 to 200$ a computer for each student not including damage that could be made, and chargers. Ipad chargers work the same for phones. For chromebooks we have to pay for huge carts. The expenses of buying carts and

I believe that students should be allowed to have a cellphone fat certain times of the day for their own personal use. I feel if kids had their phones with them at school it could help them stay safe in multiple situations and could help them communicate with their family if they don't have an other methods to do so. In certain situations having a phone nearby for your use could be quite useful, in situations like lockdowns and such because of a hurricane, earthquake, etc. you could use the phone to communicate with your parents and inform them about what happened and tell them that you're okay and you could also use it to call for help in case of an emergency.…

I think phones should be allowed in school, we may not have to be on them all the time but we should at least be able to have them incase we need to call someone or if we have free time in a class we could play games, listen to music, or use google, dictionary.com, and an example of is our history book is online and at school sometimes there’s not enough chromebooks or Ipads. Mobile devices are kind of like a drug that children, teens, and young adults can’t seem to put down and that’s not always a good thing. The reason this isn’t always a good thing is because some kids don’t go outside and play, hang out with friends or know how the real world works, most kids would rather play video games and be in a virtual world. The kids that are so addicted to electronics end up nowhere because they don’t know how to deal with real people in life. In article #1 it says “ Lets turn this into a learning device and maybe eventually teens will see it more than just a device for entertainment.”…
