Cedarhurst High Students Should Be Allowed To Have Cell Phones In School

How would you feel if before you went into a place, you had to put your phone in a box. Cedarhurst High students should be allowed to have cellphones in school because they can be used as a coping skill, they are a good source of information and can also save your life if you needed them.
It is a fact that most people at our school use music and their phones as a coping school. People can put their headphones in to block the noise around them. Some people need silence to work better or they need the background of music. Music can help calm people down and ease their anxiety. Kids also use their phones to distract their mind. There are different apps that consist of mind games to help focus a person on something other than the problem they’re having. The games the kids are playing can even be approved by a teacher before they are played in class.
The next way cellphones can help in school are helping with research. What is the first thing you do when you don’t know the answer to something? Most people would say they search the web, and go straight to Google. When you are writing a research paper it is a much quicker way to get on the internet.
