Cecily Mcmillan Research Paper

Decent Essays
As I was reading over the story of how Cecily McMillan and how she assaulted the police officer. I believe in my opinion she is guilty. The reasons why I say this is because when you read the story and watch the video of the activists outside protesting you notice the officer in the video are holding her arm and walking her through the crowd and you notice her jump and throw her elbow into the officers face causing him to have a black eye. So right then and there the officers take her to the ground and she goes into a seizure. They arrest her and take her to jail. Where later on she will go before a judge and the trial will go on for three hours, and the judge will grant her guilty for deliberately elbowing Officer Grantley Bovell in the face
