The head count needs to be done every half hour in the course of the day to insure that all children are counted as it appear in the sign in, sign out sheet. Teacher most keep the sheet close at all times.
When children are taken away from the center, it is the teacher responsibility to make sure every child under his/her care is being performed. The following 5 performance must be meet at all times when child is removed from center.

Knowing where your teaching supporters and children are at all times is part of our teaching responsibility. Making sure that our: WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHY, have in answer before any teacher supporter and child leaves the areas of teacher care not only prevents teacher neglecting, but it also insures the right communication with the teaching support staff.

The incident will be recorded and place in the child file for documentation, and copy of the incident will be provided to the child parent or guardian.
If teacher and assistant feel that the problem has not reached a resolution, the center will provide outside assistance is long as the center has a written approval consent of the child parent or guardian. If teacher and assistant feel that the child needs further evaluation or special needs, the center will notify parent and guardian on the delicacy of the child condition and asked for parent or guardian permission to refer the child to a certify specialist.
If child parent or guardian refused the assistance and the problem continues to escalate, the child enrollment in the center will be reconsidered.
The center followed the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act. (ADA). We offer the parent and guardian the option of outside source and support as long as the center’s reputation and staff member are as
