After about an hour of studying where the wounds were, how deep, and where he was on the truck, my uncle had came to the conclusion that he had rubbed his feet on the asphalt, tried to get on the tire, and tried to get in the motor, which almost chopped his head off. Still unsure of his destiny we provided optimum care for our little friend. Even though we cared for him, his health continued to digress as the day grew older. “I don’t think he is going to make it,” Mom said in tears. My sister and I continued to try and calm her down, but she was so overwhelmed she could not; this was in fact her favorite animal. I too was afraid for his life; I just did not show it as much.
