CCIB received a complaint via phone call from RP stated on 3/14/2017 she was at the home for sight visit. RP stated she observed Mayra had 5 infants (Richard- 12 mouths, Sopia-23 months, Danyella-22 months, Martin-1 y/o and Matis- 9 months) being provided care. RP also stated that Mayra child is Mya- 2 ½.
