CCIB received a complaint via phone call from RP stating on Friday 6/2/2017, she observed while visiting her daughter, child Oscar (last name unknown) (18 months) restrained in a type of highchair for 30 minutes or more. RP stated that Oscar has been observed to be in this chair multiple times, due to he hits and is too active for the teachers in the room (Ms. Veronica and two other teachers’ names unknown). RP also mentioned that the facility has had numerous staff quit (RP did not know why). RP stated concerns not just for Oscar but also for the other children possibly being restrained without knowledge.
