CCIB received a call from Aaron. He reported that he was calling out through is closed door for his medication, "Staff, Staff" when Carol Lee started screaming "Shut Up." She screams at all the residents, blows up at them, telling them to "Go Away."
He thinks she probably does nto get enough pay to deal with all of the residents. She is usually there by herself. He was especially upset because he cannot sleep, he wakes up sweaty because his room and the house is too hot. He wanted to buy an AC unit and Carol told him he could not. LPA discussed alternatives such as fans and reminded him that she has to pay the increased cost of the electricity.
