Reporting party (RP) received a call on 10/16/17 from a former county dependent, Angela Behrendt (DOB: 07/15/82) who reported that while she was residing at this group home, she was sexually abuse by staff member Broderick (last name unknown). Ms. Behrendt resided in the home from 1996-2000. RP stated that staff kissed and fondled her (skin to skin) 1 time. It was also reported that staff showed up to her place of employment (unknown) and had her perform fallatio on him in his car. Within his argument, Cole states what elite colleges look for now, why what they look for is wrong, and what colleges should do instead of their current process to prove his point. The issues presented in this mission display the common problems that urban areas may face with lack of access to preventive or basic health care.
