On Monday, March 7, 2016 at about 1234 hours while present at group 31 office, I reviewed CCRB case folder to ascertain if CCRB had conducted a video canvass pertaining to this investigation. The inquiry revealed that no video canvass was conducted and due to the time frame of when the incident occurred a video was unable to be conducted by IAB
