“Stop, please!” she cried. Even though she was blind, she knew that a figure in a cloak was after her to try and steal her powers.
“I need your powers. They are to powerful for someone like you to comprehend,” the figure said. The Seer then waved her dress and a gust of wind blew the figure back toward the wall.
“You have no idea the forces that you’ll be messing with. These powers,” she paused. “They always come with a price.” She remembered the day she got those powers. “The minute I got these powers, was the minute I lost my sight.”
