Causes Of Year-Round Schooling

Would you like year- round schooling? There are many students, teachers and parents that would and wouldn’t like it. There are lots of different reasons to why you would like it and why you wouldn’t like it. This passage could change your mind on year-round schooling or it could make you like it. I myself, don’t like the whole year-round schooling. I will be telling you from three different point of views. The first point of view is parents. There are some stay at home parents and there is also hard working parents. Year round schooling wouldn’t be as much fun because it makes it harder for the parents. One of the causes would be childcare. It would be harder for parents to find childcare. Since there is year round schooling students won’t have summer break off and parents won’t be able to have their kids to babysit their younger sibilings. Another cause would be outgoing functions. Due to the school schedule students won’t be able to go out of state to visit other family because year round schooling would effect that. Students would miss so much work. Students wouldn’t like it because it is too much of a hassle. Students would be to busy with school so they wouldn’t be able to go to work as much because school. Summer break is usually when students get a job and they work so hard to get their own supplies for school. Also some save up to buy themselves a car or maybe to get to college. I personally believe that their is year round schooling, they should get a higher scholarship because they can barely work. All in all, doing research on this topic was quite interesting. Even though there was a lot of good reasons about year round schooling, I still wouldn’t go. Before the school changes us to year round schooling I believe they should get the students and teachers and parents opinions, not just the community and the school board. We are the ones going to school not
