The Holocaust of 1933-1945 brutally murdered and destroyed a majority of the Jews community. The Jewish community was excluded from their society. They were relocated to ghettos with scare resources. From there a majority of Jews were taken to concentration camps. In these camps, they were forced to do hard labor then put to death. About 17 million people were murdered. However, some Jews fought back. Some Jews hid in homes of non Jewish people or in the forest, and others fought against them. The Bielski Brothers were Jews from Stankevich.
