There are many contributing factors of obesity in childhood and adult. Obesity is caused by an imbalance in energy input and output resulting in a positive energy balance. However, Physical inactivity or a decrease in physical activity at work and home are major contributing factor to obesity. This day’s life of low-income people depends on consumption of unhealthy food typically fast food. Their life depends on consuming fast food that has high fat and saturated fat, frequent snacking high energy foods and drinking sweetened beverages which have high calories. If calorie consumptions significantly increased; then physical activity must have increased to prevent the prevalence of obesity. Lack of physical activity can be due to watching TV for an extended period, playing video game nonstop, and computer usage.
