Obesity is a growing health problem in the community. It starts when someone is overweight and need to be threaten to health. In our modern world, people get overweight easier and faster. The fundamental cause of gaining weight is when they take more calories than they use. This lack of energy balance most often causes overweight. The environment where people live does not support a healthy habit, too. Some people in their neighborhoods do not have access to supermarkets where they can buy healthy food. All menus in the restaurants will contain a healthy food options. All those positive changes in lifestyle will help to eliminate obesity problem.
