The United States of America has a higher homicide rate than many other countries in the world. There are various reasons associated with the highest homicide rate. The major reason is the negligence. In the United States, most parents work full-time at the minimum wage to feed their families. If these parents are working full-time then obviously their kids don't receive enough guidances, nurturing and love. These kids feel neglected and stressed out and that leads to the depression, emotional detachment and lacks empathy. It's not easy for parents to deal with the stressed out kids. Most of these neglected boys have the learning disability. Even though these kids might not be violent, but they still feel emotional, angry and have less impulse
