Drug addiction is one of the most concerning problems to many people today. They cause many negative effects on people’s lives and futures, and it is very easy to get addict to drugs. Many easily fall into drug addiction because of many reasons, such as family and society depression. When people are soaking themselves into drugs, it is very difficult to quit, and they will destroy their own lives and futures. There are several causes of drug addiction including curiosity, lack of self-control, and anxiety.
One cause of drug addiction is curiosity. Teenage is a point where young people can be easily lured by drug because the curiosity in the young age. Many do not have the awareness of the dangers of drugs that it can hurt family bond and friendship, and more serious it can lead to suicide. Many people work in a high-level stress environment prefer drugs as a dose for gaining possession. For example, people who working as investigators, they have to think about the ways to discover and judge the evidence for solving crime cases. These people have much stress to handle and have to focus all the time, and they find that drug is the best medicine to keep their focus and helping them to think more sharply. Drugs also make people feel more confidence and believe in themselves; therefore, people who usually nervous or have the anxiety, they tend to use drugs before any important meeting, or presentation. It also helps people increasing the concentration level, and reducing the nervousness for many people. For instance, if someone feel nervous, or students worry about important results, they likely use drugs to calm themselves.
