To claim power in their lives by reaching out to individuals who appear powerless and attacking some aspect of their personality that makes them stand out.(eg: old shoes, too short, too ladylike, no friends.)

As I would see it, I feel that if you are going to post a photograph that incorporates another person, you should ask them before you post it. I surely do consider taking and posting pictures of others without their consent is bullying,because how can you know if they are happy with the picture that you posted.
