Feeling Powerless in Their Own Lives
To claim power in their lives by reaching out to individuals who appear powerless and attacking some aspect of their personality that makes them stand out.(eg: old shoes, too short, too ladylike, no friends.)
The reason doesn’t really matter. It is the an example of the pulling someone else down in order to pull oneself up.

Bullies are often jealous of or frustrated with the person they are bullying

Looking for Attention

Some bullies would never consider themselves as bullying. They feel that all they are doing is teasing a bit, and might even be attempting to communicate or even befriend the individual they are bullying. These social issues lead them to have difficulty communicating in a healthy way and rather swing to affronts or even physical violence as a way of communicating. Commonly bullies are lonely and want to attract whatever attention they can get.

Someone Else is Bullying Them

Much of the time, bullying generates from bullying. An individual might feel bullied by their guardians, their manager, or an older sibling. Getting bullied by any of these individuals who are in an position of power might entice some to gain a kind of power for themselves through harassing, instead of reaching out for help in managing their own particular issues in a more profitable manner.

As I would see it, I feel that if you are going to post a photograph that incorporates another person, you should ask them before you post it. My obligations in regards to the protection of others online incorporate being conscious of other 's substance online and choosing not to remain by or take an interest in cyber bullying. I surely do consider taking and posting pictures of others without their consent is bullying,because how can you know if they are happy with the picture that you posted. It could be embarrassing or inadmissible to them, and once you post a photograph, it can be hard to delete it, particularly if other 's have now seen it. Additionally, We have to understand how to be mindful of other 's feelings, and respect other 's protection online as a stage towards terminating cyberbullying completely. It is dependably a smart thought to check with your companion that they are fine with individuals seeing that photograph of them, whether it is alright if you tag, and etc. On the off chance that you have not done this and shared the photograph without malicious goal or not even wanting to hurt them somehow, then I don 't see that as bullying. However, if the individual requests that you bring it down, you should remove it or crop them out of it.The other individual should be permitted to pick whether you can post a photo of them.
