One of the most effective solutions for police officers suffering from PTSD is loved ones but specifically their spouse. This quote shows that any type of crime can cause PTSD. It could be something as simple as seeing a snatch and grab or something as severe as witnessing a murder. Some of the most common crime victims are children and they can also develop PTSD. Common signs in crime victims are as follows: withdrawing from others, and nervousness.
