When people do not have money to purchase food or other important personal items, they will steal money from others. Governments must overcome this issue and find reasonable solutions for their unemployed citizens. There are many effective ways to solve this issue; for instance, governments should stop hiring employees from other countries. For example, people in China and India, which have the highest populations in the world, have difficulties in finding jobs in their countries. Furthermore, the Chinese government created a law, which stated that each family must only have one child, to solve the problems that are related to overpopulation.
