People everywhere are getting more and more obese. Many people don’t know what causes people to become obese. The three biggest causes for obesity in America are inactivity, poor food choices, and genetics. Although there are some active people; there are twice as many inactive people. The reason why people are so inactive is because we have so many conveniences, and we keep getting more and more of them each day. A convenience is something that makes our lives easier like cars, cell phones, remote controls, and fast food drive-thrus. Having all of these conveniences in our lives means that we have to try less to live.
