Canker sores are shallow ulcers that occur inside the mouth. The cause of canker sores is not exactly known: However, fatigue, stress and certain foods can increase the possibility of a canker for some people. Canker sores will usually heal on their own within two weeks, but many people require treatment for the discomfort and pain during this time.

Cold sore gel
Antimicrobial mouthwash
1 tbsp table salt
1 cup water
Hydrogen peroxide
Instructions
Mix the salt and water together in a cup to thoroughly dissolve the salt. Once dissolved, take a mouthful of the salt solution and swish it around your mouth for one minute. Spit out the water and repeat three times daily.
