Scene iii of act IV begins with Rosencrantz and Guildenstern informing King Claudius that the whereabouts of Polonius' body cannot be found due to Prince Hamlet's ability of jeu de mots. Every answer Hamlet gave to the two were witty and complex, which kept the location of the body imperceptible. Once King Claudius interrogates the location of Polonius's body from Hamlet, Hamlet ejects himself in order to prepare for England, and King Claudius is left alone, where he prays that the King of England will obey his wishes in past letters asking for the murder of Hamlet upon arrival.
