The number of people who watch’s TV is increase everyday. Many people consider it as a bored killer and not aware of the consequences. TV is something known as the boob tube, or Tele is a telecommunication medium used for transmitting moving images and sounds. The TV invented by an American inventor called Philo Taylor Farnsworth, later on Television became commercially available in a basic experimental form in the late 1920s. Starting from this point the people starts to watch TV. Even though many people still watching TVs, people should stop buying and watching TV because TVs has bad effects on children's brain development and the TV has many bad effects on physical health and mental health.

TV also has bad effect specially on children. Firstly TV viewing takes away time from reading and improving reading skills through practice (Comstock, 1991,para4). That means that the child takes long time in learning the normal skills because of the TV. According to Macbeth (1996) the kids who watch’s more cartoons and entertainment television during pre-school years have poorer pre-reading skills at age 5. There Two main reasons discussed briefly up on the essay the first reason is the bad effect on health for example eyes it damaged it. The second reason is the harsh effect on children brain development and performance in school like problems in paying attention in class and school and the effect on class and exams . That’s why people should stop watching TV and buying it. Many people call it boredom killer but I think its lifetime killer. In my opinion people should reduce the number of the time they spent in watching TV and think of things more valuable for example reading a book and family
