Being sexually harassed is one of the most difficult experiences anyone could go through, in a way it can almost stop a life instantly. Being attacked whether by a person or an animal is a past experience that creates a present fear. Being sexually harassed can really damage any future relationships or send that person into a downward spiral that ends in them completely secluding themselves and staying away from any source of danger. If a past event can keep someone from pursuing a dream or doing something that they’ve always wanted to then that fear needs to be confronted so that the life can move forward. Being mugged or robbed is another event that creates a lot of present fear. A dog attack can also be a very horrifying experience. Depending on what type of dog it is the person could have a prejudice against those types of dogs or even all dogs after the attack. Having that experience could make a simple trip to the park become a nightmare if a dog is off its leash. Fears from the past are the hardest fears to overcome because the experience that has happened will forever stay in that persons mind.
Fear impacts the way people live. The four types of fear do not discriminate. Nobody is alone when it comes to things they are afraid of or worried about. The human race has been dealing with these issues for thousands of years and will continue to until the end of time. Do not let fears dictate how life can be
