One of the most serious problem that are killing people all over the world is smoking. Many people start to smoke because of their personal issues, causing them stress and high blood pressure. This a very horrible habit that is very difficult to break. Even smoking one cigarette can cause can lead to major addiction. When someone decides to smoke a cigarette they are not just causing harm to themselves but others around them. Smoking does many terrible things to one 's body that most people are not informed of. Almost everyone knows that smoking causes cancer and heart disease and that it can shorten someone 's life by ten years or more. Smoking habits can cost a smoker thousands of dirhams a year. It is believed that each year more deaths occur due to smoking compared to combine the deaths by Human Immunodeficiency Virus, alcohol, suicides, illegal drugs, murder and vehicle injuries. Smoking is able to cause cancer almost anywhere in the human body. It increases the chance of dying from cancer. "The chemicals in tobacco smoke harms the blood cells and damages the function of your heart. Another very horrible effect is lung cancer. "Smoking can cause lung disease by damaging your airways and the small air sacs found in your lungs." It also worsens asthma. If the person smoking has asthma, the tobacco smoke can trigger an attack . "The lungs of millions of people in the United States are negatively impacted by smoking, and our methods for identifying their lung disease are relatively insensitive."
