Wiltshire + Swain was established 10 years ago making it a reliable and experienced business. Their mission statement of the private company states: “Wiltshire + Swain have significant experience in facility planning, concept design and project delivery. We offer a dynamic and contemporary design consultancy that is responsive and tailored to our client needs.” Figure 1 shows the personal, social and financial goals the Wiltshire + Swain has set out to achieve in the future.

Wiltshire + Swain operates in the architectural services and construction industry working on new and existing non-residential buildings, offering their architectural design services to the commercial, institutional and corporate sectors. The company has four owners, therefore
