Lisa Catherine May is my twenty-six-year-old cousin that I admire greatly. She is an extremely important person in my life. Lisa is also, one of my best friends. She has a youthful spirit. She is often mistaken for being significantly younger than she is.
Lisa Catherine May was born during the scorching summer of 1990. Lisa was the youngest child of Douglas and Linda May. She grew up with two brothers and happily married parents. As a child, Lisa Catherine May was a free spirit; she loved sticking her toes in the sand. However, her brothers saw her as the “annoying” little sister; even though, she admired her brothers and saw them as her personal superheroes.

Lisa is heavily cultured in foreign movies and games. She admires Asian Culture. During her free time, she plays the latest adventure game or watches the new Korean drama. Lisa loves anything that is animated.
After college, Lisa lived in Chicago, Illinois for five years. She developed software for a small automotive company in Chicago. Lisa lived with her oldest brother during this time. She later decided to return to Danville, Virginia in 2014 to be closer with her family.
Lisa did not always tolerate me. Lisa and I are ten years apart. When I was five my mother would drop my brother and me off at her parent’s house. She became our babysitter to earn extra cash. Ironically, she hated germs. One of the things I remember is that I was not allowed to touch her or her games if I had not washed my hands moments before.
When Lisa moved back to Danville we became closer. I visit Lisa every weekend and catch up on the latest cartoons and play games with her. I often admire her intelligence. Lisa usually wins at words games and knows the majority of trivia questions. Lisa Catherine May is an extremely important person in my life. I’m sure as we grow older she will continue to amaze me.
