A web. What I did was find a shoe box as a base for the web and I used some webbing to cover the inside and outside for a 3D look. I then proceeded to place a lifelike spider on top to make it real as possible. In the idea of interpreting Heather as the spider, I placed objects thoughts and ideas Heather wanted in the web to show how she wants to have them right by her side. I used words to represent what she wanted. For example “Melinda” “Fitting in” “Martha’s” etc. These are things she tries to incorporate in her web of life and once she wets them, she doesn't want to let them go. Her passion and drive to not be the outcast girl in the beginning of the story was the epitome of the art. All in all, I believe the materials are very organized and the artistic expression is well
