Catcher's Hiring Practices

The CLW conducted an undercover investigation of the Catcher’s facility in Suqian from 2013 to 2014. In this facility, conditions failed to be fixed and seem the most problematic. Labor issues are not handled in accordance to CLW guidelines or Apple’s. Environmental issues, such as safety and training, are not conducted properly or at all. During, their investigation they found that their hiring practices are discriminatory against people over the age of 40 and if they have tattoos. If need be they have men take their shirts off to be sure. Once hired workers average 100 hours per week.
