Aveline was an Assassin of African and French heritage, She lived in New Orleans during the middle of the 18th century. Her father was a wealthy French merchant Philippe de Grandpré and her mothers name is Jeanne who was an African slave. She (Aveline) was raised in a comfortable and privileged environment. When her mother suddenly disappeared in the middle of 1757, Aveline raised up by her stepmother, Madeleine de L'Isle, whom her father had married five years prior.
