• A cat rescue in Prescott AZ., contacted us because they are interested in building something similar to the cat cubbies that hang on the walls in the cat's rooms and want so know if they could get the dimensions and some pictures. I reached out to Butch who provided me with the dimension and I sent some picture I have on file.
• While it has slowed down a little bit, I am still receiving quite a few emails from folks who were having a difficult time finding their online memorials posted for the September blessing. I find the tool to be a bit tricky and have been able to help several people after playing with it a bit. For those that I cannot find, no matter how hard I tried, I send over to the donations staff.

• Lynda Hardman has a friend who is trying to find a home for a 19 year old cockatoo and found sanctuary for the bird at the Florida Exotic Bird Sanctuary. She wanted to know if we could recommend the sanctuary as a credible place. I explained that Best Friends does not endorse or keep records on other organizations. While we have not heard anything bad about them, we always recommend doing your research and visiting organizations that interest you. I also recommended she try checking them out on websites such as Charity Navigator to help her make a more informed choice when choosing reputable organizations.
