If Castle Family Restaurant implements an automated HRIS payroll system, it will help them to establish all aspects of the HR payroll procedures, and decrease any potential for human errors. A new system implementation will also help to decrease the current costs, and help the manager to improve their current HR practices. A new HRIS system will help to enhance the process of employee schedules, and it will allow employees to utilize an automated time clock, which will automate the overall payroll processes.
