Knowing when to make sacrifices and for what reason can be difficult but can benefit us in the end.A sacrifice is conventionally known as being willing to give up something good for something better. But making a sacrifice shouldn't be made based purely off the idea of getting a reward.The google definition of sacrifice is "an act of giving up something valued for the sake of something else regarded as more important or worthy." This sounds hard but anyone can make a sacrifice.

Casey Jones is an American hero who has been immortalized in song—an honor he earned by saving an entire train full of people. He told his train helpers to jump off the train and stayed behind to activate the brakes and slow the train enough to prevent any of the passengers
