Two pt verifier name/dob confirmed. F/u call made to the pt to address recent hospitlization for pneumonia. Pt is states she is doing much better; but has a cough. Pt states that she spoke with Dr. Williams and he had wrote her work excuse for the remainder of the week; however she would like to prescribed something for her cough. Pt states that she have a frequent productive cough and was prescribed Tessalon; but it did not help. Pt is requesting Cheratussin to help her cough and sleep. Informed the pt that I will send her request to her provider. At this time denies fever, chill, chest pain, and n/v/d; but states she occassional short of breathe when ambulating or during a cough episode. Instructed the pt to f/u discharge summary; follow
