Mary is a forty-two-year-old, Caucasian, heterosexual female previously diagnosed with generalized anxiety and PTSD. Her anxiety onset began at age fifteen with panic attacks following the divorce of her parents and the separation from her father. Mary has undergone one on one therapy and group therapy for the past nine years.
