Molen Orthodontics is a growing dentistry business in Washington state, still bringing smiles to their patients faces since 1972. Molen Orthodontics is a family dentistry, started up by Dr. Bruce Molen, the founder of the company. His two sons, Dr. Aaron Molen and Dr. Rick Molen also work alongside him. They work hard to find new and progressive ways to help their patients get the smile they deserve. They recently opened a new office in Sumner, which was a big event. It then made me question, what makes this family business so well-known and popular? I decided to ask an orthodontic Clinician, Melissa Huston, who works for them.

We help rebuild their confidence. For our daily schedule, we work four hour shifts a week from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. We can see anywhere from 80 to 120 patients a day.” My next question I inquired what happens when there’s a disturbance during work, and how does she tackle the problem.
She replied, “When there’s a problem in the office, whether it be an upset patient or technical difficulties with computers or devices, we handle it with a smile on our face and try to make the best out of the situation until there is a resolution for the problem.” I continued asking questions, getting very thoughtful and introspective replies.
“How well known are you with your patients?” I asked.
“I’d like to say I’m well known with my patients because I’ve worked with them for a little over 3 years, and I make a point to talk to every patient and engage with them to make them feel special as soon as they walk in the
