I think the advice I would give Williamson and the LOCOG would to be try optimization, ticket sales. First they will need to focus on the attendance figures from past years to get the people to attend the events. They should try and be creative and come up with a pricing matrix for some of the less impacted sports that haven’t done so well in the past to get more people to show up to these events, making them more profitable. I would also suggest that the more tickets one person buys the bigger the discount they can get for the next event. Also that they could come up with a promotion saying buy tickets to table tennis and other events that don’t do so well and you as the buyer can have guarantee seats for the opening event or for the bigger sports final
