Circumstance: Liam will be prepared and available for monthly family visits. Wigfall (MHS) and Ms. Smalls (MHP) discuss Liam contact with biological family.
Action: MHP and MHS discuss no contact with Liam DSS worker this month. MHS report there was a visit from the adoption worker. MHS state Liam’s biological mother called at least twice to check on Liam. MHP observed Liam responding to a children’s program on TV. Liam was making sounds and rocking in the high chair. Liam was alert. MHS took Liam out the high chair, Liam walk towards his foster brother on the floor receiving therapy. MHS express concerns of putting limits on Liam.
