The president made a good decision and conducted a survey of 90 random students from the outgoing graduating class and asked the students three questions: While attending Rocky University did you ever participate in binge drinking, abuse prescription medication, or ever use illegal or illicit drugs. The results of the survey showed that there was indeed a fairly large issue where over half of the student population .5222 or 52.2% had indeed answered yes to one of the previously shown questions.
