Case Study Wells Fargo

There are companies out here that are just not use to change. It’s not that change is bad, but most are not equipped for the skill set to achieve change. There is no direction set in place to allow the change to happen within the company. What will be discussed is The Master Approach to change and how to achieve that change by equipping the skill set that is needed to see change go forward. Discussing changes that needs addressing, strategizing a common plan on how to approach the change, breaking through those barrios and challenges causing the set back of change, and how to overcome the challenges. Change can be challenging or scary to most, but at the end all leads to success.

Wells Fargo is world banking franchise who services all of America and around the World. Wells Fargo has been around for a very long time and continues to grow rapidly. There is department within Wells Fargo called Home Equity Maturing accounts where they specialize in refinancing Mortgages and Equity accounts for homes. But as leadership, in order to be successful there must be some direction to where the company would like to achieve that goals must they must allow the team to get involved in this change, leadership has to make sure that they are equip for the change, and while through that process leadership must make sure and to continue to encourage and maintain a positive behavior to keep the team on board fighting the difficult challenges that is faced in front of them, how to overcome those challenges and becoming the positive leader to let the team know that they are not in this process alone.
