Case Study: We Rent In Christian Chim

We brought in Christian Chism and her son on May 6, 2016. The mother has not lived here nor has her son every been on the property. We believe the family is staying offsite with her daughter. She pays rent but do not participate in other parts of the program. Property Management would like to evict, because we have families to move in. We have met with the mother several times discussing her living in the unit. The mother has made no effort in complying with the rules of residing here. Is it ok for Property Management to start the eviction.
