We comply Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for certain employees who are full time employees for more than a year if we have more that 50 employees when employees take leave. The FMLA offers certain employees to take an unpaid leave because of family members' or employees' own medical reasons. Family members are employees' spouse, child or parents. Their siblings, grandchild, and in-law aren't included as family members in this Act. Employees are allowed to take leaves for 12 weeks within 12 months because of
· the birth of a new child and need to care of the new baby until the baby turns into one years old
· the placement with the employee of a child for adoption or foster care within one year of placement
