1.This mission statement targets it purchasers and investors, along with everyone else associated with Universal Health Services, Incorporation. The mission statement declares they want purchases to select them and investors to stay in business with them for the long run. This emphasizes the degree of which they truly do care about the people outside of their business that help keep it running.

2.This mission statement states it wants its employees to be proud of the corporation, not holding stigma towards their place of work. It is a very short and to the point mission statement that declares who they are caring for and what they want each person to get out of the corporation.
