Treva continues to demonstrate that she has good assessment, and observational skills to assess PS risks and develop strategies to resolve issues when conducting her investigations. Treva meets policy time frames when responding to hotlines and closing her investigations within 60 days. She does request waivers per policy and she is able to explain why further investigation is needed on her cases. Treva completes a Plan of Action in her cases within 2 weeks of receiving her hotlines. Her documentation is clear to read, and understand by others. I have encouraged Treva to use spell check, or paper rater for any minor grammatical errors. I have also instructed Treva to make sure that her documentation is factual, and that she is not including
