Trader’s Crossing Holdings will provide management and financial support to the development by Richard Michna known as Trader’s Crossing in Ontario Canada. See the attached Business Plan for details on this development. Trader’s Crossing Holdings will identify and invest in an additional real estate for a total value of $20 million U.S. within the next four years.

Robert Ritch will be the CEO of the company. Robert was founded and built 4 multi-million dollar companies. He has also invested in and guided many others as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Secured Equity Group a Venture Capital and Private Equity Firm where he has completed over $1 billion in transactions.

The company will receive three streams of income on all investments:
