On March 3, 2016, I was asked to follow up this case. This case involves Mr. Darling Ricardo Lozano Lopez who left home on January 11, 2016. I celled Ada Carolina Lopez (mother) and left various voicemail messages to call reference her son running away. On March 7, 2016, I stopped by T.C. Williams High School and spoke to S.R.O. West who explained that Mr. Lopez had been transferred out of district.
On March 8, 2016, I stopped at 3906 Old Dominion Boulevard Apt#12 and knocked on the door, but received no response.
On March 10, 2016, I spoke to Ada Carolina Lozano Lopez on the phone. She told me she was at work and unavailable to see me. Ada told me her son returned 2 days later and told her he did not want to school anymore and has been working since the runaway incident. I explained that I had to interview her son in order to remove him from N.CI.C. In the days to follow I called approximately 3 more times in attempts to convince Ada and her son to meet with me reference the runaway incident.
