Case Study: The National Engaged Leader Award

In the National Society of Leadership and Success, the National Engaged Leader Award was given to all members that doubled the requirements for induction into the club and participated in at least five hours of community service. These requirements included: completing orientation, a leadership training day, six speaker broadcast, and six success networking team meetings. Each of these club requirements was put in place as a means to promote camaraderie and leadership amongst the club
