The Red Cross is an international humanitarian organization that was founded to protect human life and health, to ensure respect for all human being and prevent human suffering. The Red Cross aims to “ To improve the lives of vulnerable people by mobilizing the power of humanity in Canada and around the world” By all means to encourage more people to donate blood. The target audience is current mentality and board demographic especially young professionals. There are total six goals that Red Cross would like to accomplishment. To achieve the goals, there are several strategies the organization. The more community assessments, the more understand how community needs. This will provide the rationale for creating new programs and eliminating the ineffective of program. The organization should use digital technology in advantage by promotional campaigns for example; update the video of story of a child and the organization will donate different gifts if the audiences share the video. This do not only promotes the organization but also good attention to audience from around the world. The organization might need tap into more diverse target audiences and the social media interaction is important so the organization creating world vision online forum, they already has a blog but a forum would be better in the website for sponsors and potential sponsor to share their experience, this would be a place for people to interact and get the sense of the community. Moreover, both organizations have an account for member therefore better dedicate your time to engaging the audience and driving them back to your site. Other the other side, the most effective of both organization is that they are intergrade with Google AdWords which help with brand awareness, we can see that when search the terms in Google, many result come up.
